Mark Henry being Buried!

Speculation since Mark Henry lost the title after tearing through the Smackdown roster, that he was injured and unable to physically compete. He then saw very limited action and was usually on the losing end. Henry played a very limited role in the Royal Rumble triple threat cage match with Daniel Bryan and the Big Show.

Other reports were that Vince McMahon himself was not happy with Mark Henry’s unwillingness to work through the injuries which has resulted in a de-push, while other rumors have Henry wanting out of the WWE after his contract expires this year. Henry has been with WWE for well over 15 years, and many felt that it was his time to hang up the boots.

So it may seem that WWE may indeed be jobbing Henry out on purpose to have him leave the company with a whimper. Which seems absolutely ridiculous, but the company’s done worse. Monday Henry lost in convincing fashion to the Big Show after Show kicked out of his big corner splash and the World’s Strongest Slam. I was worried Friday night when Henry took on Ezekiel Jackson, however, Henry was able to pick up at least one win.
